Full-mouth rehabilitation of a severely compromised dentition
A complex case with failing teeth, compromised implants placed about 20 years earlier, and extensive fixed restorations. The old restorations were removed, hopeless teeth extracted and the failing implants explanted. New SGS Dental implants were placed in prosthetically driven positions, with tilted posteriors where needed, together with hard-tissue augmentation. Implant positions were captured digitally with photogrammetry and immediate screw-retained fixed provisionals were delivered within 24 hours. The definitive restoration is planned after 6 months.
