Total rehabilitation with the All-on-X technique, upper and lower jaw

A 52-year-old man with missing teeth and impaired chewing and esthetics was treated with the All-on-X approach. Implants were placed step by step with S16DS/S17DS multi-unit abutments; after 3 months the remaining teeth were extracted, open-tray impressions were taken at multi-unit level, the framework was tried in, and the final screw-retained full-arch structures were fixed.
