P5D
Complete maxillary rehabilitation with the All-on-X concept
A 69-year-old woman with a failing upper dentition had her remaining teeth removed and received P5D implants with straight and 30° multi-unit abutments placed at surgery. A tuberosity connective-tissue graft was placed around all implants. A reinforced screw-retained PMMA provisional went in on the fourth day after surgery, and a screw-retained metal-ceramic full-arch bridge was delivered at the 6-month prosthetic stage.
