Full-mouth screw-retained rehabilitation on multi-unit abutments with guided surgery
Peer-reviewed case report (Case Reports in Dentistry, 2020; open access, CC-BY). A 59-year-old patient had all failing teeth extracted and 16 SGS Dental implants placed immediately with fully guided templates: P7 in the maxilla (flapless) and P1 in the mandible. Multi-unit abutments were chosen and torqued during surgery and never removed afterwards. Provisionals were screwed on 4 hours after surgery. Final monolithic zirconia full-arch prostheses were made from 3 months, with follow-up and CBCT at 12 months.
