Standard implant at 4.7 with autogenous bone chips

A 46-year-old woman. A P7D 4.2×8 mm implant was placed and the thin buccal wall covered with autogenous bone chips collected from the osteotomy (Marius Steigmann technique). At 3 months it was uncovered with a wide healing cap, scanned two weeks later and restored with a zirconia crown on a titanium base, followed up at 3 months.
