Open sinus lift with implant placement at tooth 2.6
A 42-year-old man with limited bone under the sinus at 2.6. Through a minimally invasive 5 mm lateral window the sinus membrane was lifted, xenograft placed and a P7D implant inserted in the same surgery. At 6 months the implant was uncovered with bone contouring, Palacci technique and a palatal connective-tissue graft. The final restoration was a screw-retained zirconia crown on a titanium base.
