P7D

Single-stage implant at 4.6 with a large-diameter P7D 6.0 × 8 mm

A 63-year-old woman. After atraumatic extraction a wide P7D 6.0×8 mm implant was placed. At 3 months keratinised tissue was rebuilt with an apically positioned flap and a free palatal graft; a standard healing cap followed, then impressions at 4 weeks and a zirconia crown on a titanium base.
