P5G
Immediate implants at 3.6 and 3.7 with retromolar bone graft
A 64-year-old woman. After extraction and removal of a cyst from the distal root of 3.6, P5G tissue-level implants were placed. A retromolar bone graft and a tuberosity CTG rebuilt the site.
