Delayed implant in the esthetic zone, tooth 2.2

A 35-year-old woman missing 2.2. The site was positioned with a K5-0 parallel pin and a P5D 3.75×10 mm implant placed. At 3 months it was exposed with the roll technique to keep the papillae, a tuberosity graft added, and a temporary crown made on an S15D-TH abutment. A zirconia crown on a titanium base finished the case.
