P5D

Implant at 4.6 with bone grafting (bone core technique)

A 40-year-old woman. A 4 mm trephine harvested a bone cylinder from the implant site, a P5D was placed and the bone block fixed with screws. At 3 months the implant was exposed with a tuberosity CTG and the Patrick Palacci technique; a zirconia crown on a titanium base followed.
